Laidlaw Power Brite

Laundry Use:
For best results, use POWERBRITE with a softener/retexturizing agent and/or sizing, such
as Laidlaw SoftenAll™ or Laidlaw AquaSize™.
Professional Wetcleaning (Commercial Style) Machine*
Add POWERBRITE to the wheel at the start of the first fill when starting the washer.
Durable cottons and blends
Add 3 to 4 oz per 30 lb (or 65 to 90 mL per 10 kg) of load. Dry and finish according to care
label instructions.
For tailored garments and soft wools:
Add 3 to 4 oz per 20 lb (or 100 to 130 mL per 10 kg) of load. Dry and finish according to
care label instructions.
For Silks and other delicate (shrink prone) garments:
Add 2 to 3 oz per 20 lb (or 65 to 100 mL per 10 kg) of load. Static drain if possible, and
extract at High Speed for no more than one minute. Dry and finish according to care label
instructions.
Top-Loading (Home Style) Washers
1. Add POWERBRITE to the water based on load size and water level settings. Mix thoroughly,
then add clothes.
• For Full Load: add 4 oz. (120 mL) of POWERBRITE.
• For Medium Load: add 3 oz. (90 mL) of POWERBRITE.
• For Low Load: add 2 oz. (60 mL) of POWERBRITE.
2. Dry and finish according to care label instructions.
Front Load (High-Efficiency) Small Capacity Washers
1. Add POWERBRITE to the detergent dispenser and start cycle.
• For Full Load: add 3 oz. (90 mL) of POWERBRITE to dispenser.
• For Medium Load: add 2 oz. (60 mL) of POWERBRITE to dispenser.
• For Low Load: add 1 ½ oz. (45 mL) of POWERBRITE to dispenser
2. Dry and finish according to care label instructions.
“Wash and Fold” Operations in Commercial Style Machines
Add POWERBRITE to the wheel at the start of the first fill when starting the washer at a rate of 4
to 6 oz per 50 lbs (or 50-80 mL per kg) of load. Extract normally as per classification. Dry or finish
depending on classification.
